Summary
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, size issues, or buyer’s remorse.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll fix it—by replacement or store credit as required by law.

If there’s a problem with your order

Email mylifeyoutbe@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We’ll confirm next steps within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

For domestic orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Order changes & cancellations
We start processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email mylifeyoutbe@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery issues
Once a parcel is marked “Delivered,” the carrier is the best point of contact for lost/stolen packages. We’ll assist with filing a claim where possible.
Legal
This policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where local consumer law requires a refund for a major fault, we will comply.
