We ship worldwide. Every order includes tracking.

Dispatch time

  • Orders leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

  • Australia-wide (PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers supported).
  • International to most countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us.

Estimated delivery timeframes

  • Australia: typically 2–8 business days after dispatch.
  • New Zealand & Asia–Pacific: typically 5–12 business days.
  • USA & Canada: typically 6–15 business days.
  • UK & Europe: typically 6–15 business days.
  • Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days.

Timeframes are guides only. Remote areas, peak seasons and customs processing can add extra days.

Tracking

  • Tracking links are sent by email at dispatch. Updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
  • Large orders may ship in multiple parcels; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers if so.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

  • Import duties, taxes and fees may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We can’t control customs delays. If your parcel is held, your local carrier/customs will contact you.

Address changes & combining orders

  • Need to change the address or combine orders? Contact us before dispatch and we’ll do our best.
  • If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship once it arrives back.

Late or missing parcels

  • If tracking hasn’t moved for several days, or a parcel is marked delivered but missing, please contact us with your order number.
  • We’ll open a trace with the carrier. Allow 1–3 business days for updates (investigations can take longer internationally).
